Privacy policy

This policy explains what information we process when you use Mada DIGDEL P2P and how we protect it. It applies to the website and application operated under this brand for your deployment.

Data we collect

We may process account identifiers (such as email), authentication data (hashed passwords, session tokens), optional two-factor settings, subscription and plan metadata, operational settings (e.g. monthly goals, notification preferences stored locally in your browser), and content you upload (e.g. archive files linked to your account). If you save exchange API keys, they are stored encrypted when configured by the deployment.

How we use data

We use data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, sync data you request from integrated APIs, generate reports, communicate transactional emails (e.g. verification, password reset), and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal bases and retention

We process data as necessary to perform our contract with you, for legitimate interests (security, analytics in aggregate), and to comply with law. We retain data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups, disputes, and legal obligations, unless a shorter period is required by law.

Cookies and locale

We use cookies or similar storage for session authentication, language preference, and display settings (e.g. currency). You can control some preferences in your browser; disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in.

Third parties

When you connect external services (e.g. Binance), data is exchanged according to your credentials and those providers’ policies. Email delivery may use a provider such as Resend. Hosting and database providers process data on our instructions under appropriate agreements.

Security

We apply industry-typical measures including TLS in transit, access controls, and encryption for sensitive fields where implemented. No method is 100% secure; notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or port data. Contact your deployment administrator or us through published channels. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable.
