Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Mada DIGDEL P2P web application and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
We provide a hosted software interface for subscription-based access to dashboards, reports, and integrations you configure (for example Binance API keys for read-only P2P data). The platform is a data and operations interface only: we do not place or execute trades, do not act as a broker or exchange, and do not hold client funds. Features may change; we may add or remove functionality with reasonable notice where practical.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep passwords and second factors confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, security risk, or legal obligation.
Acceptable use
You will not attempt to disrupt the service, access others’ data, scrape the platform in violation of technical limits, or use the product for unlawful purposes. API credentials you store must comply with the relevant exchange terms.
Data and integrations
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy page. Third-party services (e.g. exchanges, email providers) are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or errors originating from third parties.
Subscriptions and fees
Access may depend on a subscription plan and prices shown in the product or set by your administrator. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes. Non-payment may result in restricted access.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes may be highlighted in the product or on this site.
